Since there are delays and shortages of personnel, logistics firms throughout the country are complaining about an imminent scarcity about critical products like meat, milk, FMCG and medical supplies if they are not permitted to work as they usually are.

Sunil Nair, Chief Executive Officer, Snowman Logistics said “If inbound content movements are halted at state boundaries, there is a risk of product shrinkage. This will clear the network for food delivery and therefore build stock out at retail outlets.
