Air India moves 56 tonnes of perishables to London and Frankfurt under Krishi Udan

On April 13, Air India flew the first Krishi Udan flight from Mumbai, transporting 28.95 tons of fruits and vegetables to London, returning with 15.6 tons of general freight. "Air India will operate dedicated scheduled freight flights to other countries as necessary for the transport of essential medical supplies. Air India conducted the first such flight between Delhi-Seychelles-Mauritius-Delhi on April 15, carrying 3.4 tons to Seychelles and 12.6 tons to Mauritius;
